Our Management Team
25 Years experience private consulting as a senior project manager
Kevin is the Managing Director of Subsurface. Kevin brings to bear more than 25 years’ experience in private consulting practice as a senior project manager, hydro geologist, and project engineer specific to the petroleum sector, real estate and land development planning, and civil/environmental engineering which included construction management and undertaking technical and field studies. Kevin has provided regional project management, construction management and engineering support services in the past 25 years. In addition to supervising environmental assessments, and property remediation projects throughout the English, Dutch, and French speaking Caribbean, and Central and South America.
Robert Atkinson started Subsurface back in 2007, and currently functions as Consultant – Drilling Operations. Robert brings more than 35 years of a broad range of drilling and environmental experience to the table. Robert has worked in the UK, the US, and throughout the Caribbean. He splits his time between the US, where he owns and operates an environmental drilling company with close ties to Subsurface. Mr. Atkinson’s experience includes, both land and offshore petroleum drilling throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and Africa. As well as, environmental, water well, and geotechnical drilling services throughout the United States, US Virgin and Caribbean Islands. Robert is also certified in Geotechnical Subsurface Investigation Methods (National Highway Institute).
